Welcome to the Office of the Vice President for Legal Affairs and General Counsel's website. The General Counsel and University Attorneys provide legal counsel to The University of Arizona, including The University of Arizona-South campus. To provide the best legal service, we assume a variety of roles to meet the needs of our complex University.
With both oversight and implementation responsibilities, the Office plays an integral role in strengthening the University through its wide diversity efforts by providing advice and training to clients, administrators, departments, programs, committees, units, and others with implementation or compliance responsibilities.
With our website, we strive to provide timely information of interest to a broad segment of our University community. We always welcome input and feedback as we continue to develop and implement our site.
