University Attorney
Vicki Gotkin has served as a University Attorney assigned to the Arizona Health Sciences Center since 1995, and provides legal advice in the areas of employment, academic, regulatory and research-related issues. Her previous legal experience includes a private civil litigation practice, staff counsel for the State Bar of Arizona in attorney disciplinary cases, and nine years as an Assistant Attorney General with the Arizona State Attorney General's Office during which she was a criminal appellate and civil litigator, and represented the Arizona Department of Health Services and Arizona State Hospital.
Ms. Gotkin is currently a member of the State Bar of Arizona and the National Association of College and University Attorneys. Arizona State University College of Law awarded Ms. Gotkin her Juris Doctor in 1981, cum laude, and she earned a University of Arizona Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/Accounting in 1978, cum laude.
