University Attorney
Steven Adamczyk joined the Office of the General Counsel in 2001. Mr. Adamczyk's prior legal experience includes civil litigation, business law and financial transactions work in private legal practice. Mr. Adamczyk also served as a judicial law clerk in both the State of New Jersey and the Federal District Court of Arizona.
As a University Attorney, Mr. Adamczyk's practice areas include Federal and State regulatory compliance, procurement and contracting, research agreements, construction contracts, trademarks, intellectual property, commercial financing, international academic agreements, sponsorships, constitutional law, privacy, litigation monitoring and risk management.
Mr. Adamczyk is licensed to practice law in the states of Arizona and New Jersey. He is a member of the State Bar of Arizona, the National Association of College and University Attorneys, and the Pima County Bar Association. Mr. Adamczyk graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law (J.D., 1994); and New York University, Stern School of Business (B.S., 1986).
