University Attorney
Josh Estavillo joined The University of Arizona as a University Attorney in October 2007. As a University Attorney, Mr. Estavillo works closely with the Office of the Vice President for Research and provides legal advice on issues relating to conflicts of interest research, research regulations, and compliance.
Mr. Estavillo earned his B.A. degree in English, cum laude, from the University of California, Riverside (1997). After two years of teaching, he returned to academia and graduated with distinction from Humboldt State University, where he earned a double M.A. in English (2004, literature and rhetoric/composition). Mr. Estavillo then earned his J.D. degree from The University of Arizona's James E. Rogers College of Law (2007).
He is a member of the State Bar of Arizona and its Young Lawyers Division, as well as a member of the National Association of College and University Attorneys.
